Established
in the year 1976 as a University Management Department to
impart quality management education, Kousali Institute of
Management Studies (KIMS) has since
its inception always aspired to be a B-school with a difference.
The institute has ceaselessly strived to produce professionals
with erudition backed by high moral and ethical values.
KIMS
as a learning community is a “Family” where participation,
teamwork, interdependence and communication prevail. This
culture of appreciation, which builds up our community, encourages
us towards excellence and professionalism. Within a span of
28-years the institute has carved a niche for itself in the
field of imparting quality management education. The institute
has shaped and nurtured the lives and careers of over 1500
